Epic reschedule is epic
I’ve made some significant changes to my set work given what’s been happening.
FOTK gigs cancelled until venue returns
I don’t know what happened, but NZ Heart, the sim we had our venue on, vanished off the map. This is just another setback for what should be the premium Kiwi venue.
Until we get a dedicated venue back, I’m not labelling anything as being for FOTK any more.
Personally, I’d jump at the chance to host a venue, but homestead regions cost about L$30,000 per month, or about NZD$160 every month to run. So until something works out, you’ll have to make do with the following:
Happy Tuesdays 8pm at RagTag Records
What’s happy about Tuesday? It’s not Monday! Come over to RagTag and enjoy whatever sounds I have for you.
(This is a move of my regular set, since the idea of spending the entire NZ Suday afternoon standing in front of a computer is both unpleasant and likely crash-inducing. My compy and I need down time.)
Going Coco-Nutts in Mako Caye Saturday 6-8pm
Mako Caye is a party beach - chill beside the waves, hoon around on the go-kart course, ride the mechanical animals, and most importantly, par-TAY! Here I intend doing one of two things:
- Rocking your socks off with good hard hairy iron-balled rock
- Trancing you out with epic dance music
And that is what I intend to do. Every time I’ve been here, there’s been a good crowd.
